This website

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. That means you should be able to:

zoom in up to 200% without text spilling off the screen;
navigate the site with a keyboard;
use it with a screen reader;
read text with a reasonable level of colour contrast.

Some parts may not be fully accessible yet — for example the embedded Google map is provided by Google, and some PDF documents may not be fully tagged. If you need anything from the site in another format, please ask and we will provide it.

Step-free access to the shop floor and a private consultation room.
Seating available while you wait.
Large-print labels and medicine information on request.
We can arrange interpreting support, and we are happy to write things down or speak somewhere private if that helps.
Free local prescription delivery and home visits for housebound patients where appropriate.
